Description - A well‑preserved scissor‑action silver candle wick trimmer and snuffer, featuring a neatly engraved two‑headed eagle and coronet to the firebox. The pointed terminal was designed for lifting the wick from hardened wax prior to re‑lighting. A strong and interesting example for the collector of early lighting tools.
