Description - An excellent Georgian sterling silver fish server featuring exceptionally fine bright‑engraved decoration around the pierced blade, paired with a clean fiddle‑pattern handle. A strong and decorative example from the Bateman workshop period.

Condition - This server is in very good condition with only minor signs of any use-related wear. There is minor 'ding' to the leading edge of the server.

Hallmark - This has clear hallmarks with rubbed cypher for Peter and William Bateman and a London date cypher for 1810
