Description - This is one of the most exquisite Georgian sugar sifter spoons we have encountered. The bowl is beautifully embossed with fruits, each detail crisply defined, and both the face and reverse of the slender handle are engraved with an elegant cross‑linear pattern with a vacant cartouche above. A truly stunning example of late‑18th‑century silverwork!

Condition - This spoon is in clean, very good condition

Hallmark - This sugar sifter spoon has clear London hallmarks with manufacturer's cypher 'IL' and a London date cypher for 1798
